This is BFS’s second survey. The first survey taught us more about our entire community-all patients, their loved ones and families-like that you wanted more connection through things like this blog! The second survey is designed to help us learn specifically about our PROSE patients, like who and where they are and the costs they bear for their eye health care.
So if you went home from BFS or one of our PROSE Clinic Partners in the last 5 years with PROSE prosthetic devices (including any of the past names for our devices including: Boston Ocular Surface Prosthesis (BOS-P), Boston Scleral Lens Prosthetic Device or Boston Scleral Lens), we would love to get your take on our survey questions. Even if you are no longer wearing the devices, we’d still love to hear from you.
